How do I know which part fits my racket?
Buy the product that names your racket family, then pick grip size and handle shape. See the Fitment Guide. If your racket or year isn’t listed, contact us before ordering.
What’s the difference between a handle pallet and a handle extension?
A pallet replaces the stock handle at the same length — you’re changing grip size, shape and handle mass. An extension makes the handle longer, adding reach and swingweight.
What does “handle shape A / B / C” mean?

How much does an extension change my racket?
About 1.6 swingweight points per millimetre, plus reach. A 10 mm extension is roughly +16 SW. Longer extensions add swingweight with little mass, which lowers polarization.
Can I still use my racket in tournaments?
Standard length is 27″; the competition limit is 29″. Keep your total length (racket + extension) within your competition’s rules.
Are the parts strong enough?
Yes — they’re engineered and tested for match play. If a part ever fails in normal use, contact us and we’ll remake it.
Orders & shipping
How long until my order ships?
We ship twice a week, on Tuesday and Friday. Depending on production capacity, your order leaves in the earliest possible dispatch window. Made-to-order items ship once they are built; we email you the expected dispatch date. Delivery takes 2–7 business days in Slovenia, 4–12 in the EU and 10–25 outside the EU, dispatch window included. Where do you ship?
Slovenia, all EU countries and selected countries outside the EU. If your country is available at checkout, we ship there. We can’t ship to the United States at the moment.
Will I pay customs or import duty?
Within the EU, no. Outside the EU, Slovenian VAT isn’t charged, but your country may charge import duties and taxes on delivery; you pay these to the carrier or customs. See our Shipping policy.
Returns
Can I return a made-to-order part?
Not once production has started — these are made to your specification (EU right-of-withdrawal exemption). Faulty or incorrect parts are always remade or refunded. Full details in the Refund Policy.
Can I return a stock item?
Yes, within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging.
Consulting
What’s included in a consulting package?
It depends on the tier — from racket-and-string selection (Package 1) to full racket optimisation with biomechanical video analysis (Package 3) and technique coupling with follow-up (Package 4). Each product page lists what’s included.
Are consulting fees refundable?
Only before work begins. Once intake review or analysis has started, the fee is non-refundable.
