TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply to every order placed at shop.tierzerosports.com. The version in force when you order applies to that order.

1. Who we are
The shop is run by T0 Sports d.o.o., Prešernova cesta 14, 1410 Zagorje ob Savi, Slovenia, VAT ID SI11306009. Contact: hello@tierzerosports.com.

2. Your order and the contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We keep a record of every order, and your confirmation email contains its details. Orders are concluded in English.

3. Made-to-order production
T0 Hex SPEC BUILT and SPEC TUNED, and our handle products, are produced after you order. Production starts once your payment has been received; the expected production time is shown on the product page or confirmed when you order. You may cancel a made-to-order item free of charge until we email you that production has started. After that, its specification can't be changed.

4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in euros. Prices for delivery to Slovenia and other EU countries include 22% Slovenian VAT. For delivery outside the EU, Slovenian VAT is not charged and prices shown already exclude it; import duties and taxes may apply in your country, as described in our Shipping policy. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
- The price shown when you place your order applies. If a price is obviously wrong, we contact you and you may cancel.
- We accept cards and other methods through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and bank transfer.
- For bank transfer, we start processing once the payment arrives. Orders unpaid after 7 days are cancelled.
- We issue an invoice by email for every order.

5. Delivery

6. Product information and tolerances
Every T0 Hex is built to a target and measured before it ships: mass within ± 1 g of target, swingweight within ± 1 pt of the design value. Its measured values are recorded in its unit passport. Product photos may differ slightly in colour and surface finish from the item you receive.

7. Use and care
Our products are made for playing the sport they are designed for. Keep rackets in a cover, away from heat and moisture. Impact damage is not a defect (see our Return and refund policy).

8. Liability
We are liable under Slovenian law. Beyond our liability for defects, we are not liable for indirect losses, except where the law does not allow that limitation, such as intent, gross negligence or personal injury.

9. Personal data
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

10. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to hello@tierzerosports.com. We reply within 8 days. If we can't settle a complaint between us, you may contact a recognised out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider in Slovenia. Slovenian law applies, without removing the protection your own country's mandatory consumer law gives you.

11. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
