SHIPPING POLICY

We ship from Slovenia with Pošta Slovenije.

Where we ship
- Slovenia and all EU countries.
- Selected countries outside the EU. If your country is available at checkout, we ship there.
- We can't ship to the United States at the moment.

Shipping costs
- Slovenia: standard delivery €4.99, free on orders from €65.
- EU and outside the EU: based on the total weight of your order, from €9. The exact cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times (estimates)
From order to delivery, dispatch window included:
- Slovenia: 2–7 business days.
- EU: 4–12 business days.
- Outside the EU: 10–25 business days, longer if your parcel is held by customs.
- Made-to-order items: add their production time.

Dispatch
We ship twice a week, on Tuesday and Friday. Depending on production capacity, your order leaves in the earliest possible dispatch window. Made-to-order items ship once they are built; we email you the expected dispatch date.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You receive the tracking number by email when your order ships.

Services
Consulting and technical-support services involve no shipping.

Customs, duties and taxes
- Within the EU: no customs duties apply.
- Outside the EU: orders are exports. Slovenian VAT is not charged; prices shown to you already exclude it. Your country may charge import duties, taxes and customs handling fees on delivery. You pay these to the carrier or your customs authority; they are not part of our price and we can't refund them. If you refuse to pay them, the parcel is returned to us and we refund your order minus the shipping cost and any return charges.

Damage in transit
Check the parcel on delivery. If it is visibly damaged, note this with the courier or refuse the parcel. If you find damage after opening it, email us photos at hello@tierzerosports.com within 48 hours. This helps us claim from the carrier and does not limit your rights.

Returned parcels
If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we can resend it at your cost.
